How do I choose the right size for yoga/sports apparel?

How should I care for my yoga/sports apparel to keep it in good condition?To preserve fabric elasticity and color:

• Wash in cold water (hand wash or delicate machine cycle);
• Avoid fabric softeners (they damage moisture-wicking properties);
• Line dry (tumble drying may cause shrinkage);
• Do not bleach . Dark colors may bleed initially—soak in cold water with white vinegar before first wash to set dye.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item/packaging . We will arrange a free replacement shipment or full refund, and cover all return shipping costs for our error.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

As a Hong Kong-based retailer, we do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in your order total. These fees are determined by your destination country’s customs regulations . The recipient is responsible for paying them—you can estimate costs via your local customs authority’s website using the product’s HS code (available on request) .
